Waaree Renewable Technologies Secures ₹102.75 Crore Solar EPC Order

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced that it has won a significant solar power project valued at ₹102.75 crore. The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing on Wednesday.

As per the details, the order involves the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a ground-mounted solar power project with a capacity of 25 MW (AC) / 35 MWp, to be executed on a turnkey basis. The scope of work also includes the development of 50 MW evacuation infrastructure to support power transmission.

The project has been awarded by a domestic client, and the company has received a formal Letter of Award (LoA) for the execution of the project. The total contract value stands at ₹102.75 crore, excluding applicable taxes.

According to the filing, the solar project is expected to be completed within the financial year 2026–27, in line with the agreed timelines.

This order further strengthens Waaree Renewable Technologies’ position in India’s growing renewable energy sector and highlights its expanding EPC project portfolio.
